Is a retired Maj. GEN. . Ahmad Jamal AlBatieneh is a retired General from the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF). Enrolled as a cadet in the Royal Military Academy in 1968 and graduated as a Lt. in Nov. 1970. Served as an artillery officer up to a Lt. Col., then moved to the Military Intelligence Directorate and served as Director of Military Intelligence. Director for two tenures as a Brig. Gen. from 1995–1997 & from 1999–2000.

Nassar Saeed Al-Athamneh is a seasoned senior executive with over 35 years of distinguished service in defense leadership, aviation, logistics, and strategic planning. With a robust engineering background and a Master’s degree in Logistics and Contracting Management (with distinction) from the Florida Institute of Technology, Mr. Al-Athamneh has held top-tier positions in the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) and the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF), culminating in his role as Assistant Chief of Staff for Planning, Organization, and Defense Resources.
Renowned for his visionary leadership, Mr. Al-Athamneh managed multi - million-dollar portfolios, oversaw complex logistics networks, and built strategic partnerships with NATO, the European Union, and leading international defense contractors. His efforts generated million annually in funding for the Jordan Armed Forces, bolstering national capabilities in border security, cyber defense, and military logistics.
His tenure in the Royal Jordanian Air Force saw him serve as Director of Aircraft Maintenance, Director of Supply, and Assistant to the Commander for Logistics, where he managed a where he managed the RJAF fleet and led major modernization programs,Including milti million dollars cost savings in RJAF upgrade initiatives.
In addition to his operational and technical expertise, Mr. Al-Athamneh has played a pivotal role in policy development, investment management, and intergovernmental cooperation. He has served on multiple high-level boards, including the Jordan (JODDB) Design and Development Bureau (KADDB) and chaired the board of Al-Arabiya International Construction Company. Fluent in English, he is a skilled communicator, strategist, and negotiator with extensive experience in drafting contracts, managing defense programs, and advising on high-stakes national initiatives. His legacy is defined by commitment to mission excellence, innovation in defense logistics, and a strategic outlook on Jordan’s security and industrial growth.

Mr. Abdulhamid Ahwal is a retired senior banker with more than 30 years of experience at Jordan Kuwait Bank (1982–2013). He progressed through various leadership roles including Credit Officer, Senior Manager of the Main Branch, Executive Manager of Branches Department, and finally served as Assistant General Manager for Centralized Operations (2007–2013), overseeing six centralized departments and bank-wide operations.
He was a Board Member at Darat Jordan Holdings and Vice Chairman of Ejara Leasing Company (a subsidiary of Jordan Kuwait Bank). He also headed several executive committees such as the Higher Credit Facility, Management Executive, Computer Steering, and Career Path Committees.

Major General (Ret.) Mohammad Faris Sarayrah is a highly respected Jordanian military leader with more than thirty years of distinguished service in the fields of defense procurement, logistics, and technical supply management in the Jordan Armed Forces. As the former Director of the Directorate of Defense Procurement, he led critical acquisition programs and played a pivotal role in shaping Jordan’s defense supply strategies.
His career encompassed diverse responsibilities, including overseeing weapons, vehicles, and equipment procurement, managing logistics operations, and advising on contracts and supply chain policies. General Sarayrah also contributed to the modernization of procurement processes and the effective management of tender committees, reinforcing operational readiness and strategic capabilities of the Armed Forces. His experience also includes contract consultancy, supply chain development, and information management. In addition, he played a key role in overseeing tender processes and enhancing procurement frameworks to support operational efficiency.
Today, General Sarayrah is recognized as a trusted expert in defense procurement, integrated systems acquisition,technical supply, and military logistics strategy, with proven leadership in advancing procurement frameworks and strengthening organizational capabilities.

Is an expert aviation engineering and management professional with over three decades of experience in aircraft maintenance, logistics, and technical training. He began his career as an avionics maintenance engineer with extensive hands-on expertise on advanced fighter jets and helicopters, including the Northrop F-5, Dassault Mirage F-1, Lockheed Martin F-16, and Bell Cobra. Rising through the ranks of the Royal Jordanian Air Force, he retired as a Brigadier General – Engineer, having held senior leadership positions as Director of Aircraft Maintenance, Director of Electronic Communications, and Commandant of Prince Faisal Technical College.
Following military career, Firas was appointed as the Accountable General Manager of JAV Technic, a civil aircraft MRO facility in Jordan, where he ensured regulatory compliance, safety, and operational excellence under the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC). In parallel, he has provided consultancy to local and international companies, specializing in business development, project management, defense procurement, and sustainable in-country solutions. His expertise bridges both the technical and business aspects of aviation and defense, making him a trusted advisor and leader.
Throughout his career, He demonstrated a strong ability to design and implement training systems, manage large-scale maintenance operations, and build institutional capacity. His leadership as Commandant of Prince Faisal Technical College transformed the academic and technical training landscape for engineers and technicians, significantly expanding programs and enrollment. Today, he continues to leverage his extensive knowledge, international experience, and professional networks to support aviation, defense, and industrial sectors across Jordan and the region.
